The importance of good teacher is especially enormous during the formative years of children when they first join school. It is important to have professionally qualified teacher to ensure the right development. They play a vital role in overall development of children. Not only are they responsible for imparting academic knowledge, but are also responsible for inculcating the right values and principles to their student.

Teachers Training Program at Aadyant

The minimum requirement to become a Aadyant teacher is 12th pass and NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or graduation, Diploma in ECE (Early Childhood Education) from a recognized institute. Apart from the academic qualification, every teacher has to undergo a “Aadyant Training” which is divided in different stages.

1. EMPOWER@A is a 5 day training program which every teacher has to undergo once they step into the world of Aadyant.This program basically aims at sensitizing the mentor towards the kids so that she can connect with kids, understand them and  give them opportunities so that kids come out of their inner skills and capabilities. The module will include understanding Aadyant, its learning styles and methodology, how to present the activities to bring out the uncommon passion in the child, different ways of conducting rhyme sessions and stories and most important maintaining small group size to ensure individual attention to each and every child.
2. UNWAVERING@A is a  refresher module, where every mentor is updated on curriculum practices, teaching style after every three months . Experiences are shared and FAQ’s of parents are discussed in this workshop. They also learn mechanisms to deal with different behavioral problems in children
3. Advisory members of Aadyant would be offering seminars and orientations in tune to the Aadyant methodology and learning styles to strengthen the understanding of staff  members
