There can be no work more satisfying than creating a pre-school from scratch and then running it hands on.

It was a pleasant surprise when children hailing from more than a dozen countries were enrolled in Aadyant by their discerning parents. Team Aadyant was then about 20-strong in the beginning and there were just about twice as many students. Today we have more than 250 students on the rolls and the staff strength is more than 65.

The core of the teaching philosophy at Aadyant is "Learning by Doing". This way, the knowledge acquired by the students is more enduring.

Ushering in the best all round development of the little ones whom the doting parents put in our charge is a partnership effort of the parents and the school. Parents, without doubt, are the first and best teachers of the little ones and the school serves to scientifically focus this effort.

Aadyant being a creation of Team Aadyant, it is only natural for each one of us, including me, to feel emotionally attached to the school and be determined to strive for giving a strong foundation in life to all Aadyantians.

The day I first stepped into Aadyant, is etched as one of the finest memories in my mind. The ambience and the pleasant atmosphere here, were what inspired me the most.

I am fortunate that I am working at Aadyant. Children at Aadyant are given the best, and so are the staff members. There is freedom to express one's thoughts. Initiative and effort is always rewarded. Responsibility is shared, so it is never a burden. Innovativeness is appreciated. All of this gives one a sense of empowerment and belonging, which is difficult to find anywhere else.
