Dr Duncan Milne MD, Smart Kids, UK Duncan Milne is the author of ‘Teaching the Brain to Read’, a teacher-friendly version of his PhD in Education and Psychology. He is passionate about reading, both from a research and an intervention perspective. Duncan is director of Literacy Tools for Dyslexia International, a speaker for the National Association of Special Educational Needs (NASEN) and a director of Smart Kids.
